Beneficiary Segments

New retail employees enter at Certificate II level and if required could progress into the operational or management stream at Diploma level.

Current employees with demonstrated retail experience could enter at a higher certificate or diploma level in either the operational or management stream.

For trainees with specific needs, single modules from any of the qualifications may be taken as short courses.

Participants who want to gain a qualification and already possess the required competencies. These might include skills which have been acquired on the job or from other life experiences that do not necessarily include formal training. The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a process that allows these participants to gain a recognized a qualification.
